Surprisingly tense, edge-of-your seat family unit reality show
I'm basing this review on flavour 2, which I only started watching. In spite of a weak-sounding show title, they've done a great chore of creating real-life stakes that affair and middle-wrenching moments that make you lot desire to keep coming back. We quickly found ourselves pulling for every team, not wanting anyone to driblet out. But they tin't all win... This is a perfect alloy of family unit amusement and reality TV. And it makes you lot dearest family more without ever beingness preachy. Kudos to BYUtv.

The all-time of reality idiot box
I don't usually watch reality tv and all the lame drama, simply this shows rises higher up it all. It makes me laugh and cry. It is something nosotros tin can watch and savour as a family unit. The contestants are and so real and vulnerable as they search for and meet family. Love it!

A Touching Show
When I get-go started watching this show, I didn't expect it to exist and so emotional for the contestants or how touching it was to picket as they discover family. Once I got started I wanted to see another season without hesitation. This is an inspiring show.

Great Show- 10 Weeks Never Passed So Quickly
We binged the commencement couple of seasons subsequently stumbling across this show one evening. Since then, we have waited impatiently for the next season to start, and mourned its passing x weeks later. Four teams, ii people each, submit their Dna and so allow professional genealogists to identify and locate relatives the members of the team take never met. At the showtime of the race, team members surrender their smart phones and other GPS devices. They are given paper maps to work with in stead. Naturally, each squad is sent to a different address where one of their relatives lives. Along they way they must overcome a claiming (aforementioned activity for each squad), and show they have arrived in the correct city before they can receive the exact address of their relative each trip is given an allotted time, and the team this overshoots that fourth dimension the most gets a strike. Three strikes and the squad is out. That's the bones, and it would probably be interesting only for that. Where the real allure comes in is the life stories and raw emotion each of these meetings brings out. I have a favorite team every season, simply never once take I rooted confronting a team. I've not done the show justice, but hopefully I have sparked plenty interest that you lot'll watch just one episode.
If and so, DO start with the beginning episode of whatsoever flavour- whatever you do, don't start with the final episode you will miss near of the best parts.

Best Testify on Tv
I honey this evidence! I've watched every Relative Race episode multiple times considering I similar information technology and then much. This testify combines heartwarming fun with suspense and mystery and is something every member of the family tin can scout together. The contestants on the prove are always awesome too. The creators of Relative Race do an awesome task coming upward with keen ideas for challenges, and their team of genealogists ever discover relatives set and willing to participate in the show. I just can't say enough most how practiced this evidence is!

delightful, rivoting, emotional, refreshing reality idiot box
What a corking show! I've been a fan since I discovered it during season two. I love watching the family connections fabricated. I have rejoiced when with all the mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers (and non to mention the countless cousins and wonderful grandparents) that the contestants see along the way. The Game element adds a bit of friendly contest. Y'all'll exist rooting for them all by the stop of the outset episode. The host, Dan, keeps information technology all flowing together. The evening video check-ins are and so fun to sentinel--unless your favorite is sent home with too many strikes! I look forward to each new flavour, the staff are so artistic with the daily games. And, but when you recall they've outdone themselves yet again, just hold on, the side by side episode is on! So get your popcorn set, keep your box of Kleenex handy, and sit close to those y'all hold beloved. Information technology is a delightful, rivoting, emotional, and refreshing roller coaster ride with a beautiful family waiting behind the adjacent door.

Truly a gem on Television set!
Wholesome in every way, and a must-spotter for the unabridged family. Iv teams of 2 people - Red, Green, Blue and Black - have their DNA tested and information technology is used to find family members they have not met or accept been estranged from for some reason. All of the teams have compelling back-stories, and every team's search is unique. Each of the offset 9 episodes in the ten-episode season is spent traveling to meet these relatives. The teams are given a designated corporeality of time for travel, without smartphones or GPS, but enough of good-old-fashioned paper maps. The team with the best time wins the week, while the team who goes over their allotted time the nigh receives a strike for that week. In one case a team has accumulated 3 strikes, they must leave the race. After the teams attain their destination each week, the they must complete a "challenge," and are then given their relative'southward address. And then be gear up with the tissues. The contiguous meetings are often quite emotional, but in the end they grow family unit connections that assist them complete their personal stories. Never a dull moment, and full of compassion and grace, this show delivers...EVERY. Unmarried. Calendar week. During the last episode, the remaining teams with fewer than iii strikes compete in a series of concluding challenges, and the winning squad receives a prize of $50K. In the end though, they are all winners with the new family they find, and with the relationships they build with the other teams in a shared experience. Dan Debnath is an excellent host, and draws on the teams' emotional experiences each week as he recaps at the terminate of every episode, awarding wins and strikes as they video-conversation together. Nosotros started watching during the get-go season, and look forward to every new flavour every bit they air. Nosotros are hooked, and each season is better than the terminal. Give this ane a go - y'all will not be disappointed!

Loved from the start
Nosotros are long-fourth dimension fans and have been watching since Season Ane. A great blend of competition and family connections. Season One felt more like Amazing Race but each season has been all almost connecting teams with family unit. I recall in recent years, the accent has shifted to helping individuals notice their missing biological roots. Information technology is tender, exciting and very satisfying!

BEST REALITY SHOW ON Tv
I don't often watch reality shows--if at all--just this is one I never miss. Being a genealogy buff, I honey watching how families are found and instant bonds are created with long-lost cousins, aunts, uncles--and sometimes birth parents and siblings. I proceed tissues near considering every calendar week I am moved to tears by the family unit discovery. The bear witness gets better each year as the teams also bond with each other. Information technology's not as much of a competition as information technology is a coming together in love, hope, friendship, and acceptance. I tin can't wait for the next season!

I laughed, I cried, I felt
I came upon this show in the 3rd season. Later on viewing one episode I was hooked and within a calendar week I had backed up and watched all up to that signal. I've never been disappointed and havent missed a unmarried episode since. I love the fact that the individuals shared such touching moments in their lives with us all, skilful or bad. Its heady, heartfelt, family friendly, never boring. Information technology's very difficult to pick a squad to pull, all that participe are winners in the connections that they brand. Love, honey, love this evidence. Wish there were more than seasons of information technology.

Addictive Family Bear witness
I first heard virtually this testify on Facebook. I started watching the current episode at the time. I was instantly hooked. I went back and binge watched all of the previous seasons. The whole set up of the testify is genius. A true family show for all ages. 1 of the best shows on Television.

What a Great Show!
I watched Relative Race Season 5 and I thoroughly enjoyed it - starting from episode ane to episode x.
All teams were likable. Information technology is very rare that I sentinel a show and similar all teams that are competing against each other.
The winners from Season 5 won 50k and were and so deserving.
The challenges were very fun to watch, they were great challenges.
It was both amazing and emotional to watch the teams meet their relatives. I was then very happy for each and everyone of them.
I will be watching the adjacent flavor and I've been recommending this show to my family and friends.
